City of Omak Capital Facilities Plan

NOTICE OF DOCUMENT RELEASE AND PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY that the City of Omak is pleased to announce that the new Capital Facilities Plan is now available for public review.  The Plan provides an inventory of the City’s existing capital facilities, sets forth goals and policies for funding new facilities, projects and acquisitions, prioritizes projects and analyzes the financial capacity of the city to fund identified improvements. The City Council will hold a public hearing at 7.00 pm on Monday, November 1, 2021 at the Omak City Town Hall at 2 N. Ash Street. The purpose of the hearing is to take testimony regarding Capital Facilities Plan. A copy of the available is available for review on the City’s website. Written comments should be submitted to the City no later than 5:00 pm on October 27, 2021. The November hearing will include a staff report on Plan. All persons requiring assistance in accessing City Hall or need other assistance are requested to contact City Hall at 826-1170 prior to the hearing.

2022 BUDGET REVENUE SOURCES & AD VALOREM TAXES

Notice is hereby given that the City of Omak will hold a public hearing for the 2022 Budget Revenue Sources on Monday, November 1, 2020, at 7:00 PM in Omak City Hall, located at 2 North Ash.  All interested parties are invited to attend.  This meeting will be conducted using Zoom.  If special accommodations are needed to participate in this hearing, please reach out to Connie Thomas, City Clerk by email clerk@omakcity.com or by phone 509-826-1170.
