Municipal Court

Operating Hours and Court Sessions

The court clerk’s office is open for in-person services from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday Tuesday and Thursday excluding legal holidays. 

Court is in session on the fourth Wednesday of every month starting at 1:00 p.m. and is held in the Omak City Hall Council Chambers and is open to the public.

Omak Municipal Court is a limited jurisdiction court hearing the following cases: 

• Traffic and non-traffic infractions.
• Parking enforcement violations.
• Municipal code violations.
