Shoreline Master Program

The City of Omak Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00pm on Monday, May 1, 2023, at the Omak City Hall at 2 N Ash Street.  The purpose of the hearing is to take testimony regarding the period update of the Shorelines Element of the Comprehensive Plan and 18.21 Shorelines of the Omak Municipal Code. The Periodic Update of the Shoreline Master Program is required for compliance with the Shoreline Management Act.  The hearing will include a staff report on the proposed updates.
