The City of Omak, in partnership with Thriving Together NCW, is hosting a community-wide workshop to address the growing challenges of homelessness, substance use, and mental health and their impact on public spaces, including our parks. These issues affect not only our city but our entire county, and it is time for all of us to come together to find meaningful solutions.
What to Expect:
Neutral Facilitator: A trained facilitator from Sage Step Consulting will guide the discussion.
Community Voices: A space where professionals and community members alike can collaborate to identify actionable steps.
Countywide Focus: While hosted by the City of Omak, the workshop aims to address countywide needs and find regional solutions.
Who Should Attend?
We’re seeking a diverse group of participants, including:
Community Members who are passionate about solutions
Social Service Agencies
Mental Health Professionals
Substance Use Specialists
Local Government Officials (e.g., Mayors, Commissioners)
