Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Omak Planning Commission will hold an open record public hearing on Tuesday October 6, 2020 at 5:30 PM. The purpose of the hearing is to take testimony and establish the record on proposed amendments to the Omak Municipal Code; Chapters 18.11.020, 18.16.020, 18.16.122, 18.52.010, and 17.36.010.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Persons wishing to view the proposed amendments (see supporting documents below) may contact Omak City Hall, 2 North Ash Street between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
