City of Omak Water Department Mission Statement

To provide a continuous clean and safe domestic water supply that meets or exceeds State and Federal drinking water standards as set forth by the Washington Department of Health. To provide sufficient water for fire protection. To maximize system reliability, minimize water loss, repair or improve system deficiencies cost effectively within an established budget. To protect the water system from contamination caused by backflow through our Cross-connection Control Program.
