Municipal Court

The City of Omak operates a municipal court that deals with traffic infractions, parking infractions, and civil infractions.  David Ebenger is the Omak Municipal Court Judge.

Court is held on the fourth Wednesdays of every month beginning at 1:00 P.M. in the Omak City Council Chambers located at 2 N Ash in Omak.
